Engineering training through apprenticeship
In October 2011 the Ecole des Mines de Nantes opened a new sandwich program for training engineers through apprenticeship in partnership with the “Institut des Techniques de l'Ingénieur pour l'Industrie (ITII) des Pays de Loire.
This 3-year program leads to the award of a Master degree in engineering -Specialty Software Engineering from the Ecole des Mines de Nantes.” Ingénieur de l'École des Mines, spécialité Ingénierie Logicielle.”
This course is designed to train engineers able to design and develop large information systems and to accompany their implementation in the field of software and services.
These engineers with a good practical experience of working in the field will take up positions in design and development, technical consultancy, and project manager in service companies, innovative SMEs or large industrial or service groups.. This program at the Ecole des Mines de Nantes is supported by the expertise of the computer science department, the department of social and management sciences, and its many academic and industrial partners.
